Among the full-time teachers, 35 hold senior professional titles, accounting for 25.7% of the total number of teachers; 47 hold intermediate professional titles, accounting for 34.6% of the total number of teachers; 120 hold doctoral degrees (including 5 postdoctoral researchers), accounting for 88.2% of the total number of teachers; and 29 teachers are under the age of 35, accounting for 21.3% of the total number of teachers. Among teachers aged 45 or younger, there are 70, accounting for 51.5% of the total number of teachers.
The talent pool of the college includes 1 Chinese Academy of Engineering member, 2 foreign members of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, 2 national-level talents, 5 talents of Zhejiang Province, 1 provincial special expert, 1 provincial hired expert, 1 provincial leading talent in universities, 1 first-tier talent in the "151 Talent Project" of Zhejiang Province, 2 second-tier talents in the "15" part of the "151 Talent Project" of Zhejiang Province, 10 third-tier talents in the "151 Talent Project" of Zhejiang Province, and 5 middle and young subject leaders in Zhejiang Province's universities.
